All documents in store with us are kept in a secure location which was built for the purpose of storing documents. Documents can either be stored in archive boxes (banker’s boxes) or on purpose built racking made to store loose files, we will store files depending on your needs and requirements.

When the time comes that you are able to destroy your files, EasiStore4U offer a totally secure and confidential destruction service. All shredding is done on-site by our own staff to ensure confidentiality at all times.
